So I drop by the Factory Outlet Store

I had Saturday the 1st off duty so I make the 10 mile drive to Post Falls to visit the Factory Store. I wanted to see if any of the Strider collaborations were being closed out yet and maybe pick up a Buck sweatshirt. To my great pleasure, Buck was having an un-advertized factory sale. The factory breakroom was filled with tables of discounted knives galore. Not as big as their usual annual factory sale, which was not held due to the grand opening of the Post Falls Cabela's store. There were the usual 110, 112, and 119 factory blems and kitchen knives. I did find two Buck treasures though. They had 187 Intrepids for $80 and factory blem Tarani 0887SBT Strider/Buck for $35. I buy one of each, skip the sweatshirt and head back to Spokane in a much better mood dispite the snow. Might just take these on my next trip to Hajiland next year.

Those are some great deals! Didn't know they did sales like that. Also, didn't know the 187 was still around.

Congrats!

That's pretty cool that you are close to both the Buck Factory Stores and a Cabela's.
The Cabela's closest to me is the Boise, Idaho store...but even that is 517.5 miles away :(

The 187 is a pretty cool knife isn't it?
If you can, post a pic of th "FB" 887SBT. Can you actually determine what the "blemish" is? I have one FB...a 110...and you'd be hard pressed to notice anything wrong with it.

Another post that makes me ask myself "Why do I not live in Idaho?"

(or washington State) ;)

:D
