It's the perfect knife for me. It's just, everything.
It's slim, it's ergonomic, the steel is great. There's nothing bad I can possibly say about it.
Everything is just perfectly moderate.
It's styled extremely well. The clip matches the knife perfectly and doesn't pull too little or too much on pants.

Screw it, Kershaw. I want six more of these.
Just make these for the rest of the time you're a brand. That's all I need.

I own a Sage 1, a Native, an Endura, a Needs Work, OSO Sweet, Leek, Resilience and Ambitious and this, you know. I was carrying the Sage 1 for the longest time but this offers similar performance with 1/3 the width. I'm going to have to go with this for just how practical, cheap and well-made it is.

I can screw it up and not care that much because it's a less-than $50 knife with G10 and with a steel comparable to S30V but on the cheaper end? Damn, guys. You hit it out of the ballpark on this one.

Someone from your company needs to tell Sal Glesser where you're getting this good a G10 with this good a steel put together in a USA made knife and making it out to retail for less than $50. I want to heterosexually hug whoever it is that budgets this sort of stuff.

I love Kershaw.
Thanks for being... Kershaw, and awesome. Same thing.

I don't have mine yet but I actually have 2 coming in the mail. A Brown/Black from kershaw guy and a black from a private sale here on BF. So by mid week I should have 2 skylines. Its amazing how well reviewed the skyline is. Can't wait for them to arrive so I can start flippin' :)

I love my Skyline too. Have you also looked at the Kershaw Chill? It's almost the same knife. Slightly smaller, only 2.0 oz, and less cost, under $20. I can't decide which one I like better.

Funny, and thanks.

I will probably always have a mint skyline in my collection. I don't use either of the two I have because they are too small for my EDC tastes. That being said, the Skyline to me is very aesthetically pleasing and looks more like a little custom knife than a production knife. I gave away my first one to a family member and within a week had purchased the last two Skylines on clearance at Wally World. The people in my area don't know s--t about knives. Lucky for me!:p
I would love to see a 4" version of the Skyline be produced, S30V would be even better.
Hmmm... how about an XL 5" smoke blue Leek, lol. In your face Cold Steel!;)

They hit my mailbox the other day and was very surprised how well these were made. Thanks to KershawGuy for making it happen. Thank You, Kershaw for a great knife.

I like mine, I was very taken by the look of the design even before I got it, very sleek lines. I don't EDC it as much as I used to for 2 reasons--1 I feel like while the knife is sized well the blade maybe is a little light for use as a flipper, I love flippers but the ones where it really seems to work well have a heavier blade, maybe generates more momentum? The other thing was the matte finish, I felt like stuff kept getting stuck to it so I was worried about corrosion, though I never experienced any. Steel stayed super sharp, not that I cut all that much with it.

Great value knife, for sure.

How is the steel comparable to S30V? I want one, and if you can explain that it might push me over the edge haha.
