Super clean stamp and clean poll. Being a hatchet not a full size axe might reduce the price a bit. But those are fetching crazy prices recently. I'd guess that one would fetch $200-$500 at auction if the right people see it.

If it's the original handle then it's been set down. Makers generally trim handles flush to the top of the eye.

I'd get that thing to auction before people come to their senses.
