So I have 2 knives to send in

I bought a Rival 1 and the back spring broke shortly after I bought it. Bummed me out as I bought it as an upgrade to the BBW I bought last year and grew to like. It's cheap enough I was going to just eat the cost, but the I got a Sprint Pro. $100 is a lot for a knife to me, but I really like it. While distracted, I missed my d**** pocket and dropped it and the burlap micarta broke on the inside by the flipper tab. And of course, I can't find the receipt for the expensive one (I may have the box though). I'd like to just send them in, as I like the company. I like other things I've got from them, and would like to continue the experience. Has the Forever Warranty been good to you guys?

Yes, absolutely. Buck is very accomodating.

Do be aware, though, that sometimes it takes a while to get a knife back. It just depends on how busy they are. If you ask they'll tell you that they're currently opening packages received on such and such a date. That will give you an idea of where your project stands in line.

I've only sent knives in to a few companies for warranty repairs, but Buck has done the best job by far in my opinion. Like seriously, other companies need to sit in on a TED Talk by Mr. Houser or something. That guys works magic!

Here's the knife I sent in. A BotM 55 that had a gouge and some burns in the Micarta near the pins.

What I got back was better than new (don't mind the bolster scuffs as this is after a day of pocket carry).

I’ve no doubt you’ll be happy. I’ve sent knives in twice. Very happy with the results.

Smart to send them together. Both times I waited until i had at least 3 to send in to save shipping. Not only for me, but also for Buck when they returned them.
