It seems like when people buy knives from various companies, that they usually only post about their experiences if it was bad, or something got messed up, hell maybe the knife arrived looking like a factory second. Well I had none of those experiences, in fact my first time buying from Busse Knives was 100% positive.

First off, the customer service lady who's name is "Amy" I believe, was very polite and helpful. Even when I called back to upgrade the handle scales at the last minute she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She reassured me that this happens all the time which made me feel a bit better about having a change of heart.

The knife arrived fairly quickly for a Busse, about a week or so give or take, and add a few days on to that since I had the handles changed. When the blade arrived despite the very few machine marks "which they warn you about ahead of time" for the Competition Finish, the geometry ect was spot on for the knife and the finish looked awesome! Over all the people over at Busse Knives did right by me, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another knife from them.

Yeah I kinda worded that wrong. I wasn't trying saying that Busse screws up a lot, in fact it's was more or less ment that the only time people post is when something is wrong usually. I wanted to leave a post based on my experience. I've actually never heard one bad thing about Busse, in fact everyone I have spoken to too has been very happy with their knives, and the 1% that had issues were taken care of promptly.

Congrats on your purchase....and a fine purchase if I may say. You will love it! Use her well. Don't look back...and welcome to the madness.
