I do love the Fusion Battle Mistress! Jaxx has kindly loaned me his user for a couple weeks and I started her out slow today. We have had some bad weather for our area lately, and my 2.5+ acres got some downed trees. So I went to brush and limb chopping. These are some of the pics, and more will come as I exercise her more. Forgive the poor quality please. It is a beat up digital and I don't generally do pics while playing.

Another fine HOG has financed and loaned towards my addiction. He is truly an INFI Pimp and I had to throw a pic of his massive contribution as well.

I'll have to post pics of my new Tuxedo Warden he sent later.

I have to add that anyone who doubts the usefulness and functionality of the FBM has to try it. I was a doubter, but am no more. Now I need to save my pennies.

I know the feeling. I resisted like a crazy man, chalking it all up to hype. Then I handled a sizable collection last weekend (Cmdr's) of different busses. They sure are amazing knives. For me, the one I handled and just fell in love with its feeling was a BATAC with mag scales. That BATAC just seems like a perfect knife!

The BM, in all its styles and forms, is a fabulous knife. IFF (a math term for "if and only if") you like the idea of a knife as a chopper. Now there's a concept that can raise hackles ...... ;)

I think I will always have at least one of each variety of the BM, so long as I remain above ground. They are that good.

BTW, love the look of that BATAC. The handle appears much improved to me.

Hmm. A big youngster like you might also want to try an FFBM and/or an NMFBM, just to see the contrast.

The BATAC is the best all around knife in my book.

I am relieved that you approve of the mods.:o I am willing to test drive any INFI I can at this point. My bias has been shot down, so I better shut up and swing it before I am a nay sayer again.:foot::D
Looks like that was the just the tool for a job like that. Love the mushroom pic!
It is the right tool, but I have a bit more work to do on that tree. The shroom was a lucky find, I like it too.

Looks like fun.

BTW, what's all that stuff in the background of your pics?

We ain't got none of them fancy "tree" things were I live.

MMIAM...tell us more about that BATAC. Looks kinda likenone Soupmonger nodded and sold a while back, but a bit darker in the slabs.

That makes me think twice about selling my BATACLE.

Cool pix!! Kind of wild to see my FBM in action all the way 'cross the Nation. ...Glad to see that she's already changed your mind about FBM's! :D This one has a bit of personal history... It is the first Busse I ever used. :)

The BATAC came to me with Black coating and Mag Blue/Black slabs. I had a mishap in stripping the blade and tried to recover in a panicky manner. I ended up just going HOG wild with the orbital sander and ended up with about the most comfortable handles since the EU style. I had intentionally done this to a BATACLE quite some time back and loved it, but it had to find a new home.:(

Jaxx, I am very honored in this too. I am being very respectful, but she does love the beating.:D

BTW, this blade has changed my wifes mind about big blades. That is amazing in itself.

I knew it! :D Few guys can resist something like the FBM. Me, though, I like the FFBM and NMFBM better. The CG NMFBMs aren't that much heavier at all - especially if you get one of the thinner ones like I did.
