...waiting on my RC-5 to show up. I picked up a RC-4 a little while ago, and took it through it's paces on a recent camping trip with the scouts. Just some simple stuff, carving out a snare trigger, some of the light work setting up a shelter, and cutting cordage. Hardly an extensive workout, and the RC-4 went through everything like butter.

From what I've read the RC-5 is a real juggernaut. I think I'm going to take off into the woods and put it through it's paces after it gets here, as soon as I can sneak away from the real world.

So, does anyone else get this twitchy feeling in their fingers right after they buy a Rat Knife? Or find their mouse cursor circling the "Add to Cart" button like a hungry shark?

Anywho, I'm gonna go check and see if our USPS branch is still slacking. I'll stick up some knife porn as soon as I get something decent.

YES!!!

I ordered an RC-4 last Friday and I can't wait to get it!!

I do not feel any unusual sensations within my fingers when I am awaiting the arrival; I just get this strange feeling in my tummy. The kind of feeling you get before to you kiss a girl for the first time, or like this one time I over indulged by devouring a whole bushel of wild green apples, It was as though I was pissing with my butt.
Not that i pissed with my butt when i recieved my RC-6,...just had the rumbaly in tha tummy. ...ya know....ok maybe not, idk.

Bacon will cure a twitch. :D gotta eat the whole pound though.
What helps more then a pound of bacon? 2 tons of bacon!!

I did just before I bought my HEST but I had a sixpack of longnecks and a few shots of straight spiced rum in my belly. I'm stoked.

That should be a RAT CUTLERY shpeel...
RAT CUTLERY... knives so sweet! they will have you pissing from your butt.

It's a nifty blade. I took mine out in the woods this weekend and tore some stuff up. It was fun. :P

Well, that, and I enjoy flaunting the BSA's "No Fixed Blade" policy. I mean no, the kids don't need Rambo's knife out in the woods. (Actually walked up on a kid at camp with one, trying to carve.) But as far as reliable, small to mid-size blades go, they're a lot more reliable than folders. Okay./end rant.
