I'll be posting pictures of the process

Adjusting measures acording to the design.

Already cutted blade.

Grinding the blade.

Heat treating it.

Heat treated blade.

Grinding the liners.

Almost finished liners and spacer.

Now with the blade.

All the loose pieces (including bolsters and wood for the handle slabs)

There's still a lot more to do, I'll update this thread as I work!

Clydetz, I've threaded the hole on the blade and I'll screw and glue a stainless steel stud there, to which I'm welding the sterling silver support for the sapphire. I believe it will look very good!
