I am home recuperating from my trip to HELL & BACK, and been thinking of running another Photo Contest using your favorite Emerson Knife as a PROP.

Thought I would let it run 30 days or so as to give people who had EXCUSES the last time to get their cameras out, and computers between the ear engaged.

The only problem was LAST TIME, I let you down by not announcing the winner on the promised day. But if necessary I can get a doctors note excusing saying I was tied up. LOL

So are you folk going to post photos, or is this just another bad idea. Want to do another Contest?

Simple Yes or No Post would work. Thank put your efforts in to Pictures.
 
I gotta tell you, Pennypincher. Your own photos as examples will go a long way to getting the ball rolling on a new contest.
 
I can take em, but I am too DUMP to know how to load em up. Think I need a Photo LINK SERVICE. As there is no way with this program to go from DESK TOP to this WEB SITE DIRECTLY

Go to tinypic.com. Make an account. It's painless and simple.

Then log in. You'll see the screen that says upload photos. There's an option to resize them so before uploading use that pulldown menu to choose message board/forum option.

Then hit upload, then browse.

When you browse you're looking on your own computer to find the folder your photos are in.

When you find it, open the photo you want to upload.

You'll then be redirected back to the screen with the upload option.

Now that you have the photo chosen, hit upload photo.

Your photo will appear on the right side I believe.

In any event, click the photo. It will appear in the middle of the screen with different options to your left to get your code.

You want to highlight the message board, forum code with the at the beginning and end. Right click, copy.

Now paste that code in your Bladeforums post and your photo will appear when you post your message.

I believe Bladeforums actually has a thread that explains how to do this too. It is simple to learn and understand once you do it.

Take your time, experiment and learn. You cannot mess anything up by making mistakes. So look online and in Bladeforums as to how it's done and start learning. You'll get it quickly!
 
Lets do a photo contest for what emerson is all about "famous in the worst places" contest pics involving our emersons in sketchy places
