When I got my first CUDA Maxx bowie, I opened the box, took out the knife, and just stood there laughing! I never saw a monster like that -- a folder bigger than most of my fixed blades ...

Absolutely great knives. Enjoy it!

Here's the funny part. Carry it for a while and it will seem like a normal sized knife. Those 4" folders that used to look big, sill start looking like small little gents knives.

yeah, im still debating whether to replace my cold steel ti-lite (titanium version, my old EDC) with this one. Im kinda worried about scaring shitless everyone in my general proximity when i need to say, peel an apple.

btw the blue finish is a lot darker and nicer than i expected.

You must run with a pretty good crowd. Lots of people would be scared of the Ti-Lite! I tell you what. The first few times you pull out the Maxx, use it to peel a GRAPEFRUIT, that way the size of it won't be as obvious to them

i eat an apple every day wtith my lunch. They've gotten used to the ti-lite ;P

I used to do it with an archangel, before i bought the tilite.
