Must be a marketing device. Meanwhile, most sellers and makers struggle.
 
I felt this. Usually, I find out about something I really, really like, only to find out that it's in that middle space between being out of stock at retailers, and nobody is tired of it enough to post on the online auction.
 
My problem is that most of the knives ( well really most things ) that have grabbed my interest are discontinued. Its uncanny the ability I have to be late to the party!
 
Luck is often the result of all of those... plus some hard work, and preparation! 😁

I have found that most of the stuff I like in knives, guns, car and truck parts, etc is no longer something mainstream! common and easy to find. I have all the easy to find stuff.


I want a 686 in 20 gauge. I want a set of headers for GT40P heads. I want a Benchmade Rukus and a Farid K2. I want a Quigley Transit with the ecoboost and 10sp.

It is probably a good thing I can’t find most of that stuff.
 
Honestly if I could just buy the knives I wanted instead of having to wait for them and chase them, the hobby would be less fun.
