Will the email cutoff time be based on actual time the GO was posted, or the RatChat time when the GO was posted?

I know the RatChat timestamp is 9:31, but the actual Eastern Time was around 9:42 (I know, since I was obsessively refreshing RatChat and the ScrapYard Forum since BF was toast again). So either my email is right on time... Or I needed to be able to see 11 minutes into the future.

The time was all jacked up as I'm not even a member there, I hope I got in, I shot the emails within a min or so after it was posted.

I went by when the sticky appeared. and even then I was 5 minutes off because I was on the phone.

Also, a little note. It has nothing to do really with when you sent, but more of when they received.

What numbers everyone try for on the AMS? Got mine off at 21:47 (21:37 by the stamp on rat chat)... Did you pick the combat logo or the anniversary logo?
