Thanks to rkmoore, I am the proud owner of a BK-10LE...and I bought it knowing it would be used! I've always loved the looks of the BK-10, and being an owner of the BK2 and BK7 already, I know Becker quality so I decided to pull the trigger and jump on it. It is a really great design and I hope for the sake of everyone who doesn't own one that Ka Bar starts a regular production of these. The size is great for a woods knife and it's a really great "not too big, not too small," all-around great blade. While I don't have many posts, I do read here a lot and I know how it goes...if there's no pictures, well, then no one cares! So here goes!

Congrats. I love my 10 but so far it hasnt split a single pice of wood yet. Come to think about it, in gonna go change that right now.
 
Sweet blade. I ended up getting rid of my BK10LE. I just couldn't make myself use it.

I would feel the same way, Warrior. The way I solved that problem is by buying a BK10 that was already a user. I love it, its like a cross between a 2 and a 9 which happen to be my favs. Congrats on the new steel, NY. Looks like you are already using it well.
 
The more I see the 10 the more I like it, but then again maybe that is because I don't have one yet and I'm looking for reasons to eventually get one.

I'm right there with ya man! I kept going back & forth on using it & selling it. Finally my economic situation made up my mind for me.

Going out into the bush with the BK10 and some other knives (BKT's included) today. More pictures to come!
