SO - what color would you call the Green Beret blade?

I am interested in what you guys think the color of the BG 5.5" blade is. I know that it is the KG GunKote, but is it "grey" "OD" "green" what? I am having my gun "colored" next week and will be matching the blade color (once I receive mine) of the GB.

Is there a standard "color description" that would be accurate, or am I going to have to send the knife with the gun so the guy can match it?

Please advise-

I think your best chance of being most satisfied with the match would entail sending the knife along with gun. Even so, I wouldn't expect an exact match unless, of course, the gun guy says he can do so, after seeing the knife.

The KG GunKote that CRK uses is Black with a matte finish.
