i'm just sitting here thinking about an easter drink.

wife wanted me to watch some goofy cowboy movie called rumpbroke mountain or stumpbroke mountain or some stupid movie... :barf:

started looking kind of strange to me so here i sit....

maybe a cigar and a drink to celebrate easter sunday...

anybody got any new infi lately? :confused:

Drinkin' some JW!:p About the "any new INFI lately" LOL :thumbup:, yesterday i ordered my second HH (mag) at the company trough!
And i am already thinkin' about my future purchases :eek:, it scares the hell outta me and my CC....i think my plans for world domination have to wait a bit, until i get a certain mistress that is :D
gotta pour me a second drink!

ps: Jhon Wayne wouldn't approve that movie! nuff said
 
Hi Skunk,
Still recovering from last night, BUT there's nothing like some of the "hair-of-the-hog" to set you right. Guests are here for brunch and I've cracked a new bottle of Oban. Everyone else is drinking a bloody mary or Mimosa here.
Stuck my head in the trough earlier today and pulled out a Mag handled HH to go with the standard HH I got a few weeks ago.

yup, i know what you mean, good thing my mouse was broken at the hoganza or i would have had to take out a third mortgage!

i'm having a screw driver, a hog sized one too!
some family is coming over soon, got a quarter hog in the oven, cooked up 3 pies. i guess i have a couple o hours to drink before i have to get some religion.
 
Rabbit.
Just skinned it out a couple of hours ago.
Soaking in buttermilk right now.
Cilantro/ red, and yellow bell peppers, black beans, onions, garlic, celery and 'maters already simmered out.
Mr Bunny gets a couple minutes a side on the grill ( hot).
Then he goes into a fila dough wrapper and baked to finish.
Emerils sauce supreme with morel mushrooms in it.. gets made up to pour over.

The "chili" will be full of the trimmings from Bugs off the grill, to be simmered a bit longer.
Jalapeno cornbread with cream style corn in it finishes the deal.

Can't really have a favorite here; you need both!
I make them with a dry-rub; anybody have a good, proven, no-holds-barred whiskey sauce? Not a store bought sauce but an honest to goodness made-from-scratch receipe?

Just got home from more easter celebrating....gonna go for a run to work off all the peanut butter eggs.......be back later all......Happy easter!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...I can honestly say I have never eaten the easter bunny on easter before.......cool........

Yes skunk....you know exercising.......running .......physical activity.....good for the heart ....good for the body............you should try it its fun.

we got a HUGE ham going. I know...I'm a Cannibal :thumbup:

Just finished a sheath for my BIBB :D

looking at the bottle of whiskey...I think it's calling me...:(
