You've wated for a knife? I recently placed a pre-order for a set of these and won't be here until November. What am I going to do in the meantime? Anyone have a cheap Gunting to sell to temporarily satisfy my fix :)

The longest that I've waited is 8 months. My tastes and impulses, concerning knives, change far too rapidly to ever go on a waiting longer than a year.
 
I recently placed two orders with Bob Dozier. The wait time is about 4 months. That will be my longest wait.
 
I placed an order for a Randall # 19 two years ago. At that time it was a 48 monthy wait time (it might be longer now). So..... still waiting. Two years and I will be a happy guy:D
 
A little of topic, but I have been waiting 7yrs with another 1.5yrs to go for a custom cue.
 
Wow I guess I don't feel so bad now having to wait only a few months as opposed to years for a knife. Thanks guys.
