so far in my small but growing collection i would have to say my AK Bowie--man i just love this blade--feels great in my hand--chops to beat all hell--is beautiful to look at--and i just love the looks on some people's faces when i pull it out--lol  :)

I have an early Birgorkha 12" AK with extra thick spine that I call Graf Spee after the German Pocket Battleship. Nice to have when you can't have a real khuk with you. Feels much like the AK Bowie - kind of condensed.

My 18" BGRS and my 21"+ Chitlangi. But that will probably change when the 17" Foxy Follys come in, that is if they are to specs.
A 17" Foxy Folly is going to be an awesome knife, should be able to handle any chore demanded of it that is suitable for a 17" khukuri!!!! :D  :D
I can hardly wait on the first prototypes to arrive!!!! :D  :D

the villager 17 inch wood handled , kumar WWII ,
It slices, it dices, it chops, splits, it's light enough to tote about
and since it's a villager , I don't worry about tossing it in the car or about at
all , The other khuks I feel guilty about abusing because they are finished so well and are so pretty.....

My Villager travels with me wherever I can get away with carrying it. People don't get worried about a big blade when you're outside of the city.

Who's in favorite of getting Bruise one of those muffled trumpet <<Wah, Wah, Wahhhhh>> sound effects;) Classic, Bruise:D

As far as actual EDC, the little JKM-1 and the Sarge get the most action. As far as my biggest companion blade, that would be the AK bowie. Bump in the night, AK bowie. Packing for a long road trip, AK bowie as potential crash axe. Taking the Harley out, AK bowie in the pack or bags. I don't know what it is about this blade that i like so much. It's not really all that pretty. It wasn't given to me as a present by a loved one or friend. I think that I just dig how loyal and reliable it seems to be.

One? Just ONE?!?!! Can't choose just one...

The JKM-1 goes hunting with me; the 18" kobra goes day hiking and trail clearing; the 15" AK from Kismet is my all-purpose camping/backpack tool; the 16.5" WWII is my all-purpose home, garden and timber management tool; the Pen-knife is my all-purpose deer butchering tool; the chiruwa AK rides with me at work; the 18" Gelbu Special keeps the Oregon grape at bay; the seaxes and UBE keep the marauding Vandals and Goths at bay; and the Kumar Karda from Mamav sits by the woodstove and splits kindling whenever asked. And the big Ganga Ram Special is patiently waiting for a chance to accompany me to Montana to contemplate the value of life out on the Brazos with kindred souls.

As for the rest of them, they occasionally step up to exchange jobs with the ones mentioned above, but generally remain out of sight so as not to remind SWMBO of their proliferation. She thinks I only have three. :D

It seems that most of the time it is my early Sanu YCS. That is still the one that I go to the most. It feels right in all of those special ways. ;)

If I'm in Beater truck, I might take three. If I'm on foot, anything between 16.5" and 18" that weighs 26 to 30 oz.

My truck doesn't leave the yard without my Pen Knife and my Single Action .45 Long Colt. The two have spent so much time in the truck or on my hip I'm startin' to think they look pretty darn good together.

Kagas Katne! Ladies loves it especially. Men just shrug their shoulders. Authorities might buy my explaination that it is just a cute nonlethal paper cutter! :D

For cutting seatbelts, I hope. ;) :D

I keep it in my trunk. It might be a bit of overkill for the seatbelt. Sometimes for work I have to clear overgrowth and general crap from around pool equipment and it works great for that and if I am on the road when the zombies attack it will be nice to have one hand. :p :D

I too have a go-to 45 colt single action- a little ss ruger with custom grip frame I designed and cut to shape. Lately though, it's been replaced by a wonderful model 58 Smith from a Brother.

btw- it's correctly called 45 Colt but if you don't say long colt most people think you mean acp.

best to have it in your hand when you drive. You never know when the zombies will attack and that way you are, as the Boy Scouts say, Prepared.
