So what's up with new coatings and handle material?

I have seen diffrent blade coatings and handle colors on busse knives released at blade. Any news if each model has it's own combo or can you pick and choose ???

My understanding after talking to Jerry and reading his posts on the new line, is that there will be a variety of options for each model including scales, coat, etc. My guess is that this arrangement should allow everyone to semi-customize their collection if they so desire.
