So, who can put a Kraton or Santoprene handle on my neck knife?

I have a skeleton kiridashi, thinking of putting on either a Kraton/Santoprene rubber type handle on. Who can do this? Recommendations please?

That would be pretty hard because of those materials being geared toward mass production. Best to look for someone who can do micarta.
