Had one for about a year now...still havent used mine with all the knives I have. Take it out every so often to shine, admire, photograph, etc. Was wondering who else had one? How ya like it? Curious to see if its a fan favorite. Post your pics of your Bravo if you got em too.

I have two. One in the time capsule and the other in my kitchen drawer. The only time I ever use it is to remove the membrame from ribs before I cook them. That Besh wedge does a great job doing that. But, that's when the disco ball quits spinning for me.

Runs a close tie for my least favorite Buck. The other being the Revolution...that is also in the kitchen. In the case of the Revolution as a bottle opener. The bottle opener gizmo is pretty cool. (I mention the Revolution as it is the pic with the Bravo)

Here's a couple links to Bravo threads: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6704185#post6704185

Both of the above referenced knives are pictured here:

The Bravo certainly is one super sharp knife...just not for me. Your mileage may vary.

i bought a bravo about three weeks ago from a f/m dealer friend of mine it's a good knife but does not do it for me as far as a edc would take it camping or fishing but for me it's just to bulky to carry everyday imo [on a side note i also have a revolution that has a permanent home in the saddle bags on my motorcycle and i've found it it to be handy addition to my tool kit the design is good as long as you don't over use it

i have one.

for me its a good knife.

its not too heavy on the pocket clip but sitting in the pocket its brutal to carry.

i find that its handle is great for my hands.

it cuts well enough but i have trouble with it at times in that the blade is sharpened only on one side. it takes some wrist twisting at times to cut through sticks and other stuff that requires splitting, at least for me.

i have abused it a bit: cut cans apart with it, cut a few DVD's in half with it (hold it by the lanyard hole and flick the DVD - it goes right through :) ), scraped some paint off a metal surface, picked staples out with it, used its handle to break ice for a drink, cut boxes apart, split sticks with it for a fire, shopped some sticks with it, cut flowers with it, opened hard plastic packages with it, cut cord, pruned a plant, etc, etc.

its not all bad in all of this and keeps going. i put a nick in the blade a couple of places but that polished out at a knife makers shop in a few minutes. when it sharp it rocks.

i like it and i am not afraid to take it to task.

i have a fallkniven PXL (100$ more) that is about the same size. that knife is a much better quality knife and its much more fancy (bolsters, very slick action, etc) but the bravo somehow tells me to 'go for it' when i need a knife

my complaint is that i had to tighten the pivot screw quite a bit to stop the blade play so its a bit tight to open. its ok though.

besides my small sebenza its my favourite folder.

i am shopping for anohter buck folder: a meduim sized one. i hear that there is a scaled down version of teh 110 that may be worth trying.

Hi Wavester,

I have an Alpha-Bravo-Stine that a Buck brother made. But, as Chief Dan Gorge once said "This here piece of hard rock candy is not for eaten, it's for look en through". Well this here Alpha-Bravo is not for cut'n, it's for look en at!

I have one too - and it is a beast to try to edc in the pocket.

The pocket clip needed to be adjusted - it started eating the pants pocket on my jeans on the weekend.

I've got the partially serrated model. I've used it a handful of times. It spends a lot of time in the box with its siblings now - I have problems with the fact that there isn't really a "point" on the knife. Its a great cutter, but not good at piercing at all.

The G10 scales are "grippy", the jimping is not too bad, and the liner lock seems to lock solid (although a little too thin IMO for such a big knife).

I enjoy the overall size and "beefy" nature of the knife - I an more than a user - I am an abuser. This one likes to get used hard.
