I don't filet much so the Busse Filet Knives didn't do it for me. I was tempted anyhoo, but I held my ground.

Now, if he came out with a pile of NICKs that he forgot about in his basement. . . .Ooooooooo baby!

Keep an eye out, I picked up a used thick and and thin one for $150 each, they cleaned up like new! I still say the thick XXL NICK would make a great camp knife, thick enough to chop with, but sharp enough to do the cooking chores too!
