So would it be possible for someone to make custom Baby Boa shells?

I just got an Onion Baby Boa and I was wondering a couple of things about having someone custom make new shells:
1. How long would such shells take to complete?
2. What different matierials could be used?
3. How much would this cost labor wise?
4. How much would the matierial cost?I was thinking of having some of these made a little later this year.

Seriously? Are you asking about a clam shell case? Or maybe Mother of pearl handles? Those are the only things I can think of.
