SOB love

My SOB arrived today. I ordered it with the black and blue g10 handles and a kydex sheath from azwelke. It looks and feels awesome. Can't wait till tomorrow to test it out. My wife is going shopping tomorrow so I am going bumming in the woods... Can't wait to see what it can handle.

So far I have made several trips to the shed for beer and to fondle the sob... In the hand it feels great... I am a becker knife lover and my bk16 is my main blade... Now it has serious competition... Gonna give it a good test run tomorrow. I have a couple peices of dried birch...maybe I'll dissect one to make a fire to see how to sob smiles at the newfoundland hardwood. My other busse blades haven't had any issues but I am curious to see how it holds up... I have lots of hope for it though

While I don't own one yet. I think the sob is the best lookin of the busse and kin line up. You know if it's available without that brick lookin pattern on the micarta?

Yeah, the SOB is such a nice knife - feels so good in the hand, but i did remove the brick pattern on mine...
