CF or Competition Finish. They don't offer it anymore and these SOBs were a special for Blade14 and a Ganza...it is without doubt my favourite Busse finish... !!! If I could only twist Jerry/Garth's arms to do me an ASH1 like this...!!!! That is the thing I dream of these days..!!!

Most Infis are like that under the coating. Satin finish removes the dimples. Will bring some stripped Busses next weekend so that you see can see how they looks in nature.

Thanks all... the grips are Black and Coyote Tan (as opposed to the Black and Tan that I normally seek). I think they look great !!!! It was a bit of a pain to photograph that one outside yesterday, by the time I got the exposure right that the grips were good the blade was washed right out... took some juggling and a few repositions to get it OK.

Those handles actually are tan, coyote and black. And I know because Andy's pics made me check out my own stash! :eek:

Don't have Andy's skills nor pretty background handy, but here's mine. Sporting leather sheath made by me :D

 
Yes...my mistake... ;) I actually just thought it was the finishing process that gave the additional lighter colour in places...!!! Nice Leather elof !!!!!!!
