Clearly a SOCFK A. Don't know if he overtightened the pivot screw, though he closed the blade with two hands. Personally I losen my pivot screw so much, that I can flip it open with the wrist , yet without any blade play - I found the "sweet spot" However, I still prefer to close my EKI with both hands, so I can't realy tell.

I was just going to edit my post and say the Emerson Logo is in the wrong place for the SOCFK-A. The blade profile appears to be slightly different also.
