Fellas, what price does Emerson have on these? My understanding on these is that they basically have a Specwar handle with a downsized Specwar blade. Is this true? How does the thumb disc sit in the finger cutout, is it centered nicely?

Peter,
The price is $ 149.95 retail.
The Blade length on mine is 3 3/8".
The "Thumb Disk" sits exactly in the middle of the finger cutout and can be deployed in lieu of WAVE w/ no trouble.

Thanks for the info. Is the blade the same size as the Specwars? I thought they were the same, ie 3.5 inches ( same as the Ravens).

One truth I have found is slight variations in Blade length on all Knives.
I measured mine from tip of Blade to the closest Apex on the Handles. 3 3/8" was the measurement I obtained.

I literally just got off the phone with Steve from Extreme Outfitters. I asked him if there were any SOFCKs that were not spoken for, as there are still people looking to get them. His answer was "Have them give me a call".
