SOCFK???

Greetings everybody. I am looking to pick up a SOCFK. I have been out of the Emerson loop for a while and had several questions I could use your help on. Is it possible to get this knife with a plain edge (either blade shape)? and...Is there a Satin blade finish available? Feel free to write in if you can help me out.

P.S... I just picked up a CN Emerson Commander/CQC7 Set. I've been through a bunch of CQC7's but it's my first Commander. Man, what a knife.

As far as I know, there's only one plain edge SOCFK out there, and that was a mistake that made it out into the world. Some lucky SOB has it now (ME? Jealous? Naaaah.)

That's the link to Extreme Outfitters. They have exclusive license to sell the SOCFK for the time being, since they had a hand in developing it. As for blade finishes, it looks like you can get "hard" chrome, Black-T, and Green-T (although there were a limited production run, and may not be around anymore).

BTW, Extreme Outfitters are highly recommended. I got my Green-T SOCFK from them, and it was perfect! They even picked out the lowest serial number they had for me. Really nice guys.

Enjoy the CN set. It still looks strange to see an empty spot in my safe where they used to sit.

Anyway, I just got a Black-T serrated SOCFK from Extreme Outfitters and it is simply awesome. You will not be dissappointed.

Yes! The SOCFK rocks!
The ONLY place you can get a SOCFK is Extreme Outfitters. You cannot buy one direct from EKI.
You can get the knife in either (A)Spearpoint or (B)Tanto styles.
You will have to ask them about blade finishes and knife colors etc. As far as I know they are still selling SOCFKs with serial numbers.
