This is one that I made for myself recently.

It has a 3.25 blade made from 5160 and junk box scraps (frontier style)

The handle is Birdseye Maple and stained with homemade Aquafortis.

The finish is Ballistol to kill the acid and 4 coats of Watco Teak oil. It still has a few coats to go.

The name is .....go to the makers forum and you will find that out.

The Nordic style knives just seem to make good hunters and even the small blades preform well.

Oh...I almost forgot. The spacers are homemade pewter.

Looks great Don ! I 'll bet it feels real good in the hand, especially blade down and towards you.

Really nice. It will go great with the blackpowder gun you're building. :D
