So, I guess you could say this is the first complete knife I have posted or that I've made for that matter. Took some trial and error and there are something I would do differently next time but I'm proud of this little guy. It was made from a file. Please, I wish to improve any way possible so if you see something please point it out. Thanks for looking.

Angelo,

look'en gooood! Neat little blade, i like they fact you left some of the teeth on it. Was that a wood rasp?

Yes, I believe it was a wood rasp. I went to the flea market a few weekends ago and bought up all the old USA made files I could find to make knives from. It's a start once I get more comfortable I will order some steel to use or maybe find some leaf springs to try. Thanks for looking!

how about i send ya a small piece with that wood

That would rock, you are too kind. Thanks for all your help on here and through email. As a matter of fact everyone on BF has been helpful and encouraging, this is a great forums.

I checked out your site Andrew, really cool man. What is that machine you are using on the home page? I really dig that lil damascus knife next to the dime, its sweet.
