Let me start off with that statements, I dont like folders, and I also despise D2. I'm a fixed blade guy. So this knife along with the Bailout has worked it's way into my work gear. The design on this knife is good enough to overcome the fact the blade is made out of D2. It's super lightweight for it's size, and carries very well. I like spear point and tanto blades over everything else. I do some very unkind things to knives in the course of a day, but most of that falls to the Bailout, as I keep the SOCP as almost a tertiary weapon. Benchmade, you did a great job on this one, and I will probably pick up a plain edge too.
