No, it aint fancy or expensive.
But after wanting one for 30 years I got one today. Why I waited so long I cant answer.
Got it today at a Lowes and put a screeming sharp edge on it.
Just felt like sharing. Anyone else a fan of these??:)

The soddie jr is a staple in the traditional knives. Having one is a must. I really love mine. It's the work horse of the slipjoint world.

God Bless

Sodbusters are great. I've got five. Two large, two small and one custom.

All are great knives and get 'er done.

Yup, +1!. The Kid knows. An thats a cold hard fact.. And now, so does El Gringo!.

And at my Lowe's recently it was just under $20. Hard to find a better deal than that.

I've got a couple, and I love both. My son really likes his, too. Strong springs, good edges, nice heft, overall just really good designs.

You can't beat soddies, they're workhorses and if you lose one you're only out another twenty bucks or so.

You could say I am a bit of a fan.
On the left - Case, MooreMaker, Case.
On the right - K.R. Johnson, M. Tison, K. Hampton

I was just wishing I could have found one in carbon steel...beautiful patina Ivan.

I love 'em. Just got a Queen Country Cousin with a D2 blade that has been convexed, it's a great slicer.

Looking at all the responses is outstanding!...thanks:thumbup:
Seems to me to be an excellent small game knife to boot.:)
