Hey all,
I'm thinking of starting a collection of sod busters with bone or stag handles, or something unique from the normal delrin. Wouldn't necessarily have to be Case brand. I've noticed these have come about in the past couple of years. My question, do you think they will stay popular and stay in production for a while?

Thanks for you input!

There will always be a Case Sod Buster...I would venture to say it's one of their top three bread and butter knife offerings...

Don't rule out the AG Russell Rancher and Cowboy with the Rucarta and wood handles.

Welcome to the soddie club! You have a ton of options for sodbusters with handles other than delrin. There's wood, bone, stag, micarta and well as some acrylics. Case has branched out with many more handle options on the soddie line just in the last few years. It appears they don't plan to stop either with at least three new handles options to be released by the end of this year, orange delrin, jigged rosewood and red bone Christmas version. I have a thread on my soddie collection, have a look around and get some ideas on what's out there! If you have any questions let me know! Happy hunting!
