Whats the highest quality production sodbuster out there today?
I've been looking at the Queen Country Cousin's, but with so many options and opinions on the different brands, I figured I should come to the experts on the subject.Oh and ever since I bought my first Case trapper a while ago,
I'm hooked on slipjoints:D
Their just too good looking and well performing not to keep buying.
Thanks in advance- Andrew

I've got the yellow Country Cousin and after reprofiling the blade I like it a lot. Also have a Tree Brand Large Goucho. It's not as well made as the Queen and of course much larger but it does sharpen nicely and has it's place. Still planning on adding a Case CV and SS Sodbuster to the collection but can't yet comment on their quality though I have no reason to believe they won't be top notch.

If you can track one down, a Shatt&Morgan Stag handled Sodbuster might please you.

Good god, I'm going to be broke before my next paycheck:foot:...
I may have to hunt and get a few of the ones off that thread :D
Know a good place to start looking? Particularly for stag handled carbon steel non-locking pattern.

dito on that one!

i like the case american workman - blue... but i really wanted a carbon steel.
