SOE AR Sheath.

I got to say that the SOE sheath that came with my AR today ROCKS.

Thanks again go out to Mike @ BADASSKNIVES.

Also a well deserved THANK YOU goes out to Kingtiger for giving me the heads up on the availability.

Can't wait to see what Shelby's going to make this thing look like with his masterful photography.

Sorry for the delay boys and girls.

Great pictures (again).

The pouch looks like a bigger brother to the green SOE pouch I got for my Buck Strider. It seems to be of very rugged quality. I haven´t had the chance to abuse it - yet.

Hey Shelby

Fantastic pictures. The background and lighting look great! I just got my AR with the green/black SOE sheath, and it is the only way to carry the AR. Too damn big to stuff in a pocket.

Saw some more of the SOE stuff at Trexpo. Bomber. Super heavy duty and well made.

Shelby,
Very nice pics. No surprise there. I have seen the Kydex rig that I think Strider make but not this one by SOE. Now I understand your comment on people just thinking it is a pager or something. It appears to be more discrete for open urban carry.

A couple of questions:
-You have the AR in the sheath blade point down, will it fit in point up also?
-Do you think you can draw and open it fast enough out of this rig?
-How bulky does it feel on you belt? Does it stick out from your belt more than say a cell phone?

Thanks for any further info

ut,

You can insert the AR "point up". But you may have to extend the length of the buckle tie a little. Draw is quick enough and is a plus because it is less obvious. It isn't any bulkier than a standard cell phone.

Shelby

ps: Glad you liked the pics:)
