As those of you who've read my recent posts know, I just got ahold of my first Emerson. A lefty Commander, which I can't stop playing with. So I start thinking to myself (always a bad idea): and here is what came of it...

1)Left pocket gives standard 'saber' grip
2)Right pocket gives reverse grip
3)Hey, it be cool to draw two knives at once.
4)How 'bout a right handed Commander... not a bad idea, but
5)I want a tanto point
6)CQC-7???, Well, I like the finger indentation in the handle, hmm
7) I know, a SOFCK!!!

Well, the more I looked the more I liked. So, I mention this in an off-hand manner to my lovely and highly esteemed wife (hoping she'll read this later ;) ), and she says you just got one, and besides we need to paint the family room, and paint the... huh, what?? I was still looking at the knife on the website. So, for the time being I wait, but damned if the SOFCK isn't cool. It'd make a great compliment to my Commander, don't you guys think?

I agree with you......hmmz...one thing though...haha...a common mistake...it's SOCFK, not SOFCK....
have fun!

hey Zzzen_dog,
Like you I'm a "leftie". I carry My SOCFK in my left pocket
and I carry my Leftie Commander in my right pocket, go figure.

Strikes me that if you carry both in a reverse draw position, that you'd benefit from James Keating's reverse draw knife fighting series of tapes, at least from what I've read. I haven't personally seen these, but I've got his bandanna and lock flow tapes, which I really like.
