Soft Belt Cover?

Hey guys. I've been using a Smart Carry holster now for about a year and love it. So far it's been the most comfortable and less visable manner that I have found to carry concealed. That being said it has one draw back. The belt on the thing is very rough and without an undershirt it'll rub you raw. Sometimes I wear and undershirt, sometimes I don't. And when I don't I wind up with carpet burn on my sides and have even gotten a rash once while carrying all day in the hot sun without an undershirt. What I'm after is some kind of cover for the belt made of like T-shirt material or even sweat pant material. Something like a really long sock that's open at both ends. I may just have a local seamstress make me something up using some old sweat pants or something. But I was wondering if anyone here might have some ideas of something I can just buy. Something around 42 to 45 inches long and able to be slid over a 2" wide belt. Appreciate any input here guys. I love this holster but sometimes it's a pain to wear.
