Soft strap source?

There are many available "off the shelf" "rubberized" soft straps used for IWB and OWB sheaths and holsters, many using "pull the dot" fasteners. I want to modify a holster with a retention strap using this method. Problem is that I need a 12-13 inch long strap. I can find many online sources for the pull-the-dot snaps but I cannot find a source for the strapping. I don't even know the proper name to search for.

I believe most people use Biothane or a similar material from another brand.
