Anyone have any experience with this knife or can lead me
to some reviews? Looks like an interesting, minimalist design
and uses VG10.

2009 SOG Knives SOGAC76 Access Card 2.0

I got one for Christmas last year from my wife. I ended up using it a lot that day to cut various toys from plastic packages. The VG-10 edge held up great. Comfortable to use and hardly noticeable in the pocket. The only thing is they say the pocket clip is removable/switchable, but I have not been able to. To me it seems you have to take it apart to swap the clip over.

I have the Black Access Card. The clip can be switched if you're a lefty. You just need a pointy object to push in the tab and it slides off...at least that what it looks like. I haven't tried.
It's a cool design. But I'd only recommend it if you want a flat knife. It's not very comfortable for hard/extended cutting.

I had one, and loved it. Speaking of that, I've been meaning to pick up another one. Hmm. Mine was the silver version, and I too had trouble switching the clip. No matter what I tried to use to push the clip out, it wouldn't go.

Jeff Randall of RAT Cutlery reviewed one in the Nov. issue of SWAT. I'm interested.. and I really dont like sog knives

I played around with one of these at the shop, and it's a surprisingly nice knife! Kicks the crap out of the old one...Super light, smooth, and strong--or at least it feels like it. Not a bad knife for the money, but definitely intended for light use due to the ergonomics of a knife that slim.
