MCC Capital Partners, LLC has acquired SOG Knives, Inc. (SOG Specialty Knives & Tools, LLC), a manufacturer and distributor of branded knives and tools for the recreation, industrial, military, and law enforcement markets. Both the companies are based in the US.

Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC acted as financial advisor to SOG Knives.

Currently the only changes are that we have an expanded management team and
there are no plans to change anything at SOG. Spencer is still involved and
designing/engineering our products.
