I just came home with one of these and am really impressed with what SOG has done. I did not pay MSRP of course ( actually found one at about half the MSRP) and for that price I feel I got a nice "gentlemans" folder!
I really like my folders on the hd side but couldn't resist this one as it was so well finished. The arclock is a nice feature and on this one just seems to be perfect, not that it's not perfect on the others that SOG's produces, just seems to really "fit" this particular model. The blade came as sharp as any knife I've received. Action is slick, finish is slick, I really like the clip set up, and even though it is only 4.5 oz, it really feels solid in my hand. I'm just about ready to go ahead and get a Tomcat 3.0 even though it has no clip. I would really love to see the 3.0 with a clip setup like the Arcitect. At any rate this is a nice knife and suspect it will see a lot of Sunday carry!
