I have in my collection a SOG Bowie-#386. I don't remember what year I purchased it-days just fly by. It is a pattern of the original Bowie knife-the starter of the company, I am told. SK-5 Carbon steel-gun blued blade-It is a beautiful knife. It has the SF logo and is made in Seki, Japan. It came with the black leather sheath and a presentation box. Truthfully, I never put the blade in the sheath. Everything is mint condition, including the framed certificate from Spencer Frazer. I have no intentions of selling this piece, but curiosity compels me to ask "What is this piece worth?"

Do you have any pics you can post for us? Would be happy to search for a value for you, just need some eye candy for help:)

Eye Candy is here.

Hi Marlin, only 999 made.Your certificate shows 1000,this was a mistake by sog apparently.I have one in my collection marked the same.Yours is stamped so it will by an early 2006 made knife.Later run was etched numbers and 20th anniversary logo on blade.

whats it worth? What someone is willing to pay for it.Nothing has value, but everything has a price.

Nice, i have had a few of these of the last couple of years. I have a new 5th sf now but it doesn't have the display case like yours. Going price for these seem to be anywhere from 250-475 from what i can find. There is quite a bit of fluctuation on what they are bringing.
