Sog Creed? Anybody Use One?

I doubt many have used it, it is overpriced, stick tang, imported, Kraton-handled cheap stainless, and looks funny.
For that money you can do better. Get a Nimravus! Full tang, better materials, good sheath, better warranty. And it's cheaper too!! Some of the cold steel Bowie style knives are a better option if you want the Bowie look. Even their combat classics cost about the same amount, for a much better steel (O-1 vs AUS-8)

settle down. The merits or demerits of stick tangs have been beaten to death already.
I've had a couple of AUS-8 SOGs and they hold up pretty well. whether or not the cryo-treatment is worth while or not, I don't know, but I had a seal team elite which is very similar and it was quite a good knife. I got rid of it out of a change in personal style preference, not out of anything wrong with the knife. The knives that SOG has done in Taiwan are quite good. Now, as to the value of the knife, and its cost. That is up to you. There are cheaper knives, but you can spend a lot more as well.
