I've had many knives from many of the best brand names.
When I have a problem, I nearly always get and expect good customer service!
I have only recently acquired a SOG folder, my first. I damaged the clip and requested of SOG CS how I may get a replacement. As with nearly all of the better knife companies, I ended up being promised a replacement at no cost.
The cheerful attitude, and extreme courtesy was almost overwhelming.
SOG CS is as great as any I have encountered,,,and I would offer my sincere thanks. :thumbup:
