I have a SOG dessert dagger but it has a stacked leather handle and the brass guard has a number on it. The base of blade has the older SOG specialty knives stamp. Never seen one like it. Just got it at a gun show. Came in a brown leather SOG marked sheath. Guy at show wanted to trade but I didn't know it's value so no trade. Any of you SOG guys know this knife?.

Very rare knife. I've only ever seen one for sale on eBay over the past year or so. Hard to say what it's worth. It would depend on the knifes condition but I'd guess one mint in box would fetch $500+.

Thanks Mr. Andersen.. This one is pretty near dead mint but I have no box.. Was going to list it on ebay.. I just have a hard time with their fees.. Someone told me about the SOG Collectors site and I found they only made 250 of these and rate it at 9.5 of 10 for rarity.. Thanks for help with value..
