I sharpened this knife to put a keen edge on it but the only thing I have ever cut was the Thanksgiving turkey in 2003. I swear, it's truel, I remember the look on my guests face. It was priceless.
The knife is double grind with 3 different edges, solid steel pommel for hammering, soldered crossguard construction, polymer grip, 6.25" blade (12" OAL), AUS6 steel and of course a great custom sheath by Normak.
