SOG escape - release date?

I'm a pretty big newb when it comes to SOG knives but am very interested in the SOG escape thats coming out in the second quarter of 2012. can anyone be more specific as to the exact date of when it comes out?
I will be done with my EMT certifacation in early July and figured this would be a excellent knife choice for the job.

any input would be appreciated.

SOG lists an August release and they don't have any instock. One Stop Knife Shop (owned by the same guy who ones bladeforums) says the Black ones are in so maybe they are out in the world now.

We had a few come in and they sold out pretty quickly. That is why they are not available right now. We are expecting more to be come available in the next 2-3 weeks.
