So I have owned a SOG Escape for about a year and a half now, and have some questions and concerns that I have always wanted to raise but I never got around to it. First off, warranty. I purchased it through a third party Amazon seller, so I don't think I have warranty, but I was wondering if SOG will still honor it even though it isn't purchased through an AD. Secondly, can I remove the pocket clip without causing harm to the pivot screw? I ask because the clip is held in place through the pivot screw. Lastly, I have had this problem since the beginning. Through regular use, or just carrying, the pivot screw will always loosen. When it does, I just retighten it with my fingers, but I was wondering if this was something that SOG could fix or something that a bit of LOCTITE could fix. Thanks!
