SOG Flash II Legal in Colorado?

I've been thinking about buying an SOG Flash II (3.5" blade), but I'm not sure it'll be legal to carry because of the assisted opening feature.

Anyone have any information about this? I've read the laws and tried searching on the site, but I couldn't find a definite answer.

Its legal, just dont conceal it. If you use a pocket clip, it is not considered concealed.
