sog flash II no pocket clip?

Just got a new sog flash II serrated tanto blade, graphite metal handle (special order), opened the box and to my surprise no pocket clip on the knife, is SOG cutting corners and now you have to buy the clip seperate? The is my second flash II and the first had the clip. Anyone know what that deal is? I talked to the store where I ordered it from and they told me it was the first to come and and they thought the clip would be on the knife. Let me know, really wondering what is going on. Thanks

I'm not certain... but I'm pretty sure it IS supposed to have a clip... Call SOG and find out, but I'd bet it should.:confused:
 
Yeah, what they said, someone must have been eatin their christmas cookies instead of watchin their christmas packin !! :eek: I am sure a remedy is one phone call away. By the way, hows that knife look without the clip, I was thinking about taking mine off just to see how it looks.

Tried calling SOG and they are closed til 2 Jan. The knife looks ok without the clip but just not serving the purpose I wanted. (to carry everyday the clip is a must). This is my second flash II, great knife and they really improved it when they added the tanto blade. Much better blade, thicker and looks better as well.
 
First, I want to offer my apologizes on behalf of SOG. Second, It is true most of the office is out until the 2nd of Jan. If you email me your contact info, including mailing address, I will make sure a clip gets sent out to you as soon as the warranty department gets back in the office.

Tanto Blade with Graphite handle?:confused: I haven't seen anything about this knife until now. Can you post a picture (even without the clip)?
 
Thanks Chris, got your email and sent a reply, SOG makes a great knife and the difference between a good knife company and a great knife company is the customer service. That is the reason I only buy a few brands of knives. The SOG Flash II with the tanto blade is a awesome knife. Thanks again!

Dito, SOG knives are good and so are the people behind them. :D one of the reasons why I tend to buy lots of them.

Now, this talk of a Tanto Flash has me drooling. Please get us pics.

I saw it and said CRAP, they do this to me every time. Just when I thought I had enough, somebody just HAD to post a pic. of the new tanto blade, so here it goes again. Lets see, what reason can I use on my wife this time ???:rolleyes:
