SOG Flash II replacement parts?

I'm missing the short part of the (I think it's called) pivot screw on my knife, and looked everywhere to get a new one to no avail. I honestly have no idea how I lost it either. :(
 
Have you contacted SOG? That should be the first thing you do. Also, head over to the SOG Sub Forum. Chirs@sog is the mod there and he should be able to help you out. Send him an email.
 
It might be a lot easier and much, much faster to just contact Sog customer service. They have been very helpful and easy to deal with for me in the past.
 
I am missing a pivot screw off my sog powerlock,I exchanged emails with the lead warranty guy (Giovanni I think) from Sog and he said he was sending it out....that was nearly 6 months ago. Since then I have emailed them twice to inquire with no response, so needless to say, not happy. I even offered to pay for the part to actually get it.
 
Call SOG Customer Service. I called for a replacement pivot screw for my Flash II and received it along with a complimentary clip within a week.

That name (Giovanni) sounds very familiar. I think he is the one who helped me out once.

He was very helpful and I received the parts I need in a reasonable amount of time. I thinkit was about a week or so.

When dealing with any knife companies customer service I always call. E-mail doesn't always get answered. I've had that problem with a couple of other manufactures too.

Why wait? If they are supposed to send you something and you didn't receive it I'd recommend calling and inquiring.

I've found that calling directly is always the easiest, fastest and in some cases surest way to get thing's done.
